BRYCE NATIONAL PARK
An excursion to the sister planet of Mars.
When we arrived at Bryce, it had just snowed, and the night in the tent was one of the coldest we experienced during the whole trip. On the following day, the sky was extremely blue, creating a stark contrast to the red rocks. The most famous formation is Thors Hammer, which you can see on the first picture. In general, there were quite a lot of … interesting shapes. The one you see in the background right here for example could be interpreted as a hand showing one specific finger, don’t you think?
We only had time for one trail, so we opted for the Peekaboo Trail, which was half way closed due to trail maintenance. Nevertheless, we had some amazing views and enjoyed our lunch overlooking these otherworldly scene.
